If you like George Strait, PURE COUNTRY is the house for you! Conveniently located in the Cypress Bend gated Subdivision, this two story home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths – sleeps 16 in beds. Located on Cedar Lane in Cypress Bend, the house is a short distance to private river access. Float the Frio from the popular Seven Bluffs river entry and get out at Comanche Crossing, just a short walk to the house. If you just want to chill at the river, Cypress Bend allows their renters to enjoy the subdivision’s river access. The river access, as noted on the map, is upriver from Kenneth Arthur Crossing. Great people watching spots along the river float! PURE COUNTRY has an open floor plan with a kitchen and living area. There are two bedrooms and 2 baths located downstairs. Upstairs there is a full bath between the bedroom and additional sleeping area. TV’s inside the house are located in the living room and master bedroom. Outdoors there is an outdoor TV on the covered back porch; a 2nd refrigerator; and the full size washer/dryer in the utility room located off the back porch. To complete the outdoor amenities the guest can enjoy the creative fire pit surrounded by cedar swings; horseshoes; and BBQ grill. If you have a need for more space, PURE COUNTRY is located in between HAPPY TRAILS (pool/outdoor cabana/swing set) and TEXAS KIND OF WAY (pool) Bring the whole bunch and go home under separate roofs! Start a new tradition at the Frio in PURE COUNTRY! PURE COUNTRY is conveniently located in Concan close to The House Pasture Music Venue/Restaurant; The Club at Concan golf course; and a short drive to the most visited state park in Texas – GARNER STATE PARK. PET FEES: This rental requires a pet fee of $25/day for each pet. All pets must be kept in a kennel when left behind at the property and leashed when outside. Pet fee will be collected after booking confirmation. To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.
