April 2024 Eclipse may be charged up to three times the peak rate. ** RIVER ACCESS WITH RENTAL** You will have river access at Rock Island for your stay at Not to Worry. Not to Worry has a great location. 4 Bedrooms – 2 Baths – sleeps up to 12 in beds and there are two futons in the living room. Not to Worry is conveniently located just off of River Road within walking distance to restaurant, convenience store, and public swimming pool/splash pad. Perfect for your Frio River vacation with family and friends! The public swimming pool and splash pad it available through River Oaks Resort (to be paid at the pool). This quaint cabin has a split floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on each side of the open kitchen/living area. Home has central air/heat and ceiling fans. Outdoors there are two picnic tables on the covered back patio, along with BBQ pit, horseshoe pit, fire pit, and shared volleyball. Your kitchen is equipped with basic kitchenware. Cooking pots, pans, baking dishes, dinner plates, bowls, cups, glasses, silverware, and cooking utensils. Small appliances include coffee pot, blender, toaster, crock pot, and microwave. PET FEES: This rental requires a pet fee of $25/day for each pet. All pets must be kept in a kennel when left behind at the property and leashed when outside. Pet fee will be collected after booking confirmation. To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available. CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property. PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware. SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches. Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.
