During the winter we do offer the option to keep the pool heated at an extra cost of $175, with a 3 day minimum. To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 4 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available. LINENS: Bring linens and towels, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided. TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels. CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property. PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware. SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches. Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans. We very much enjoyed our stay in the Cuatro Cantina rental. It was the perfect amount of space for our group of friends that were made up of 4 families. We all had kids from the ages of 1-16 years old and they all had a blast. This is a must book if its available. The outdoor kitchen and pool were awesome to keep the kids entertained and fed.

This is a lovely, spacious house with 5 bedrooms. The kitchen is complete. The pool is wonderful. The play structure and the volleyball court are a great plus. The development is all vacation rentals on large parcels with woodlands all around. Quiet. Lots of birds calls in the morning. No issues.

This place is beyond extraordinary! It has everything you may need or can think of! Very clean and well maintained. Customer service is down the road if needed. Enjoyed, pool, volleyball court & playscape!
We also made arrangements with Andy's Tours to float the frio river. Manuel our driver was very helpful and you can't beat getting picked and dropped off our vacation destination! Can't wait to visit again!

My friends and I absolutely loved Cuatro Cantina! There was plenty of space for everyone to fit comfortably. We spent most of our time in the backyard area because it was perfect for entertaining. We opted to get the pool heated so we could enjoy it all weekend. The house was clean and welcoming. We’d definitely love to visit again!

Awesome place for kids and adults love that the pool is fenced from the outdoor living area instead of together safer with the little ones, we spent most of the time outdoors plenty of seating we had 20 in our group including kids, heated pool was a hit( was extra for that ), have stayed at different rentals with frio river rentals loved the awesome back door view

As always, peaceful, tranquil and amazing memories made, ONLY downfall, and nothing to do with rental is that our hitch cargo carrier was stolen from property in broad daylight. While we were outside in back.. other than that all was good. Maybe cameras needed just for vehicles.

First off the ladies in the office are so nice! Every question I had they answered quickly and give us guidance on where a good spot was to float from.

We stayed in Cuatro Cantina, it is a beautiful home and met all of our families needs. We had plenty of space to spread out and everyone loved the swimming pool and our kiddos enjoyed the playground. When we arrived the home was clean and had music playing, which we thought was a nice welcome home! We would definitely stay in this home again.

My family enjoyed our stay tremendously, we had a great time in the pool, in the play yard and in the cabana area. The cabana was very spacious and had enough seating for our big group.
Recommendations--
1. consider adding a half-bath in the cabana area so the guests don't trail wet thru the house to go to the bath. And a half bath or full bath in the upstairs bedroom.
2. If at all possible bring down the TV in the living area down, it is too high.
3. I understand that the house is in a developing area, but we saw two scorpions in the house, so constant fumigating.
4. Make sure your cleaning company is actually cleaning after each guest leaves, one of the mini refrigerators outside had food that was left behind from other guests. And the second mini refrigerator smelled bad (we threw the food away and rinsed out the second mini fridge).
5. There was not enough space to place our non-refrigerated food, maybe you can consider placing a pantry or shelves between bedroom 1 and 2 (we brought our non perishables in totes and placed the totes in that area without them bothering anyone).
We were pleasantly surprise to find 3 full refrigerators, it gave us the needed room for all our food and beverages.
GREAT PLACE TO STAY AT OVERALL.

We enjoyed our stay at Cuatro Cantina. We had 3 families stay for 3 nights with plenty of room. This property is great if you have kids there is plenty to entertain them on property. Close driving to float the river and couple of miles if that to sit in river at 7 Bluffs Crossing! Only negative thing is you have to go check in and out at different location and could not sign papers ahead of time with all the rules not a keyless entry.

Frio River Vacation Rentals offers you a convenient method of reserving our vacation homes in the Frio Canyon area. In order to provide a personalized approach to doing business, we require our guests to make reservations by phone. This gives us the ability to better understand your needs and insure accuracy of the home selected and the dates you are reserving. A confirmation will be sent to you via email once your reservation has been made.

Responsible Party

NOTE: If it is an all adult group (18 years +) then ALL GUESTS MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER! This information is located on our "Printable Version" of the Policies & Procedures shown below - effective date 7-4-17.

The responsible party securing the reservation must be 25 years of age and will be required to stay at the home during the entire reservation period. No exceptions. Please be prepared to provide driver's license at check in.

The responsible party is the individual making the reservation and becomes the responsible party for the reservation and also or all other guests included in the rental of the home. There will be no refund for early departures under no circumstances.

You are responsible for the number of days you reserved with no exceptions. It is your obligation to double check your reservation dates.

Check In & Check Out:

Check in time is between 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. on your scheduled arrival date. (We cannot guarantee a 4pm check in on busy days, but you will be in your house before 6pm.) Check out will be at 11:00 a.m. on your scheduled departure date.

Late arrival (after 6pm) - guests will find a packet of information of their rental home in the area designated for late arrivals at the office. A map/key to your vacation home will be included in the packet along with other materials. All guests must have their contract signed and sent back to us in order for a late arrival packet to be left.

Miscellaneous:

Linens and towels are available, while supply lasts. The additional cost is $10.00 per person (Twin $10.00 - 1 person; Full, Queen, & King sheet sets $20.00 - 2 people).

We do not provide expendables such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soaps for dishwashing, bath, clothes washing. We will be providing coffee filters and daily trash pickup at your rental property at no charge.

Most of our homes have horseshoe pits. There are a few homes with volleyball. Please bring your own horseshoes and volleyballs. We have a few here at office, but our supply is limited. If you have your own, please bring them to ensure you will have what is needed for your outdoor activities.

Firewood is not provided at the rental properties.
