Peak Rate – May 15th – September 15th $1050 (3 night Minimum) Non-peak March 1st - May 14th $875 (2 night minimum, excluding holidays) Winter Rate September 16th – February 28th $875 (2 night minimum, excluding holidays) All holidays, spring break will be charged at peak rate. Built Spring 2019, “CELEBRATION STATION” is a beautiful hill country home located in the premier rental area of Heartstone. The 5 bedroom + 5 ½ bath home sleeps 26 in beds. The open floor plan is great for your multi-family Frio vacation. The kitchen layout has ample room for cooks and hungry mouths to feed. Your family and friends will enjoy the “breakfast bar” area and outside the large covered porch and outdoor cabana/bar area will be a wonderful extension for your entertainment. Don’t forget you have your private pool and hot tub to enjoy year round. Any time is a great time to come to the Frio! To enjoy the stars at night sitting in a hot tub….sign me up! In the backyard, there will be a fire pit, large charcoal grill, smoker pit, playground, tetherball and horseshoes. An activity for everyone! Viewing sunsets and the hills of Concan will put your mind at ease following a fun filled day at the Frio River, a short distance from “CELEBRATION STATION”. Heartstone has two parks that are used for river access. One of the access points is at Kenneth Arthur Crossing and the 2nd river entry is down river and not so busy with public activity. At check in, our staff will review with each guest the entry locations for your “private river access”. Electric golf carts are allowed in the Heartstone. To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available. Bedroom 1 — sleeps 2 – 1 king bed Bedroom 2 — sleeps 6 – 1 king bed, 1 queen/queen bunk Bedroom 3 – sleeps 7 – 3 queen beds, 1 Twin Bedroom 4 – sleeps 7 – 3 queen beds, 1 Twin Bedroom 5 – sleeps 4 – 1 king bed, 1 twin/twin bunk What to Bring. LINENS: Bring linens and pillow cases mattress covers, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided. TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels. CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property. PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware. SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches. Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans. Frio River Vacation Rentals offers you a convenient method of reserving our vacation homes in the Frio Canyon area. In order to provide a personalized approach to doing business, we require our guests to make reservations by phone. This gives us the ability to better understand your needs and insure accuracy of the home selected and the dates you are reserving. A confirmation will be sent to you via email once your reservation has been made.

NOTE: If it is an all adult group (18 years +) then ALL GUESTS MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER! This information is located on our “Printable Version” of the Policies & Procedures shown below - effective date 7-4-17.
The responsible party securing the reservation must be 25 years of age and will be required to stay at the home during the entire reservation period. No exceptions. Please be prepared to provide driver’s license at check in.
The responsible party is the individual making the reservation and becomes the responsible party for the reservation and also or all other guests included in the rental of the home. There will be no refund for early departures under no circumstances.
You are responsible for the number of days you reserved with no exceptions. It is your obligation to double check your reservation dates.
Check In & Check Out:
Check in time is between 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. on your scheduled arrival date. (We cannot guarantee a 4pm check in on busy days, but you will be in your house before 6pm.) Check out will be at 11:00 a.m. on your scheduled departure date.
Late arrival (after 6pm) - guests will find a packet of information of their rental home in the area designated for late arrivals at the office. A map/key to your vacation home will be included in the packet along with other materials. All guests must have their contract signed and sent back to us in order for a late arrival packet to be left.
Miscellaneous:
Linens and towels are available, while supply lasts. The additional cost is $10.00 per person (Twin $10.00 - 1 person; Full, Queen, & King sheet sets $20.00 - 2 people).
We do not provide expendables such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soaps for dishwashing, bath, clothes washing. We will be providing coffee filters and daily trash pickup at your rental property at no charge.
Most of our homes have horseshoe pits. There are a few homes with volleyball. Please bring your own horseshoes and volleyballs. We have a few here at office, but our supply is limited. If you have your own, please bring them to ensure you will have what is needed for your outdoor activities.
Firewood is not provided at the rental properties.
