LONE STAR is a custom built hill country home (2016) with 7 bedrooms and 6 baths + 2  ½ baths. The home has an open floor plan, with the living room/kitchen area overlooking the outdoor pool. LONE STAR is located on the banks of the Frio River in the Heartstone Subdivision. Your private river access has been made easy for the young & the older. Sometimes negotiating the access can be tricky, but LONE STAR has made it easy for guests of all ages. Also outside is an additional deck with tables/chairs located on the ridge of the property – your view of the crystal clear Frio River is perfect any time of day.

What is included?

The layout of the home – downstairs there is a divided garage. One half is private and the other half will be available for rental guest’s use. The kitchen has an oversized pantry along with all the latest and greatest to make your stay complete.  There is a 2nd refrigerator on the back patio area. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, kitchen, family room (beautiful fireplace), and dining area. You can see more specific details in the house plan layout shown below. The homeowner has added an additional ½ bath in the outdoor back patio/pool area that is not shown on the house plan.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Details of the sleeping arrangements are also shown below. Outdoors, there will be additional seating on the patio and around the pool area. The pool is a safety fenced pool and horseshoes are set up in the side yard. Volleyball and basketball is located at the river’s edge. What to Bring

LINENS: Bring linens and pillow cases for 1 King; 9 Queen; 14 Twin.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAPS: Hand soap, bathing soap, dish washing soap, and dishwasher soap, clothes washing soap.
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.

Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.
