Nestled in the large heritage oaks, CABANA PATRON is a beautiful, spacious home with all the amenities you will need to make your Frio vacation a great one! Built in 2013, this hill country home has 4 bedrooms (2 master suites) + 3 ½ baths – sleeping 18 people. The Casita is located a few steps from the pool and back yard area. The casita sleeps 6 people, 1 bedroom, 1 walk-in shower, and quaint living room area. Totals including the casita – 5 bedrooms/4 ½ baths – sleeping up to 24 people.

What is included?

The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining room, and living area greet you as you open the front door of CABANA PATRON. The hallways and every bathroom are very spacious. The bathrooms are also equipped with handicap handles to grip, which will give safety to those older family members that want to join in the Frio fun!
The home has 2 master bedroom suites – each one has a large 2-sink vanity. Each of the five bedrooms has a roomy closet for your use. The full size washer and dryer plus a 2nd refrigerator are in the utility room just off the kitchen. The home has ceiling fans and stone accent walls in the entry and kitchen bar area.
Outside there is a large covered patio and an additional patio area. There are tables and chair sets + picnic table. Extend those wonderful Frio family meals outside to this great outdoor space. The large cabana is in addition to the patio seating. A great extension for enjoying the great outdoors at the Frio River! Currently there are horseshoe pits at the CABANA PATRON.

What to Bring

LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases for 2 King, 4 Queen, 1 Full, and 11 Twin.
King & 1 twin rollaway in each master; 2 sleeper sofas (queen) in living room; 1 Queen in bedroom; 1 Queen in Casita; 1 full sleeper sofa in Casita; remainder of bedding are twin beds
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels!
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware and garbage bags.
SOAPS: Hand soap, bathing soap, dish washing soap, and dishwasher soap, laundry detergent.
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
